I don't see what's so hard to understand. Uninstalling and reinstalling will do nothing because the update was not put out yet.
The update is not ready yet as of the time of my post therefore it said the update will not be ready until the 20th. Modstation said it needed to be updated and if you could not, then you must uninstall /reinstall.
